This Power box is based on the Famous 800 & 700 Power Gears. With improved balance and reduced noise, friction and weight. This BOX is no way a 605 !! 605 boxes are no good period !! They should not be used at all on any Vehicle!!!
This box is the same length (from pitman shaft center to input shaft) as the old 605 gear. Also the long pitman style is exactly as the 1955-57 Chevy original box, no adding to the length !!!
